1:1 Training & Nutrition

Private, ongoing personal training and nutrition coaching, wherever you train.

This is one-on-one personal training and nutrition coaching for people who want structure, consistency, and expert guidance, delivered remotely.

Sessions happen virtually, so you can train wherever you are: at home, in a home gym, in a hotel gym, or while traveling. You connect from your phone, tablet, or computer, and we train together in real time.

What this looks like

1:1 Training & Nutrition is hands-on, interactive, and designed to support real life.

Most clients train 4 times per week, with 2–3 live sessions together, plus independent sessions supported by programming and guidance.

Clients receive:

  • Live, 1:1 virtual training sessions where we train together in real time

  • Personalized strength and movement programming

  • Mobility, flexibility, and recovery work

  • Nutrition guidance and education within the scope of nutrition coaching

  • Ongoing adjustments based on progress, stress, travel, and schedule

During sessions, you can:

  • Position your camera so I can coach form and movement

  • Screen-share equipment you’re unsure how to use

  • Train alongside me for accountability and pacing

I’ll guide you on safe equipment use and help you avoid movements that require a spotter or aren’t appropriate for solo training.

Programming is tailored to your environment, whether that’s bodyweight-only, a home setup, or a commercial or hotel gym.

Who this is for

This is a good fit if you:

  • want a personal trainer but don’t want to go to a gym

  • prefer privacy and flexibility

  • want consistent, 1:1 support

  • are looking to feel stronger, more capable, and better in your body

Pricing

1:1 Training & Nutrition is an ongoing monthly investment.

Most clients train 2–3 times per week and invest between $1,800 and $2,400 per month, depending on session frequency and level of support.

Exact structure is determined after a short intake to ensure fit and clarity.

Frequently asked questions

Here’s what clients often ask as they prepare to train with me.

  • Sessions are live and one-on-one. You connect from your phone, tablet, or computer, and we train together in real time. You can position your camera so I can coach form, give cues, and adjust as we go.

  • That’s completely fine. Training can be done with bodyweight only, with a home setup, or using equipment you already have access to. Programming is tailored to your environment.

  • Nutrition guidance and education are included as part of the coaching. This is nutrition coaching, not medical nutrition therapy.

  • Most clients train four times per week, with two to three live sessions together and additional supported sessions based on their schedule, budget, and goals.

  • No. There is no minimum commitment.

That said, I generally recommend allowing at least three months to see meaningful progress and establish a rhythm before deciding whether to continue, increase, or decrease sessions.
