Founder
Black & Bould was founded by Lea McDuffie with a clear intention:
To create a more informed, accessible, and experience-driven approach to wellness.
Through her work in fitness, nutrition, and coaching, Lea saw firsthand how often people received incomplete, oversimplified, or inaccessible guidance, especially in underserved communities.
Black & Bould was built to change that.
Her approach combines structure, clarity, and lived understanding, creating systems that don’t just inform but support people in implementing change.
Because wellness should not feel confusing, demanding, or out of reach.
It should feel possible.
