The SWEATEA™ Dinner Series

the tea on BIPOC wellness

SWEATEA™ is Black & Bould’s flagship dinner + conversation series — an intimate, high-caliber gathering where culture, wellness, and unfiltered truth meet at the table.

Born from the fusion of sweat (vitality, performance, self-care) and the tea (the real story, the unspoken truth), SWEATEA™ creates a space where honest dialogue becomes a form of collective healing. These private dinners bring together leaders across wellness, medicine, creativity, and social impact for evenings that feel both deeply human and quietly transformative.

Each gathering centers the lived wellness experiences of Black and Brown communities, while welcoming all who care about a more intentional, inclusive future of wellbeing.

The Format

The Experience
A multi-course dinner designed to spark connection, curiosity, and restoration. Every detail, from the menu to the ambiance to the flow of conversation, is curated with intention.

The Conversation
A facilitated panel featuring respected physicians, athletes, researchers, therapists, creators, and wellness practitioners who share real stories, research-rooted insight, and cultural wisdom not often spoken in public spaces.

The Purpose
To bridge the gap between expert knowledge and lived experience, creating a community-rooted platform that elevates wellness through culture, storytelling, and truth.

Knowledge That Travels

Each SWEATEA™ conversation is professionally recorded and released for free, allowing these essential wellness insights to reach communities everywhere.
What begins at the table becomes a resource for those who may never access rooms like these, transforming expertise into collective empowerment.

The first SWEATEA™ series is scheduled to launch in 2026.
