The SWEATEA™ Dinner Series

the tea on BIPOC wellness

The name SWEATEA™ is a playful yet profound fusion of two core concepts: 'sweat' representing fitness, vitality, and the journey of self-care, and 'the tea' – a contemporary term for 'the unfiltered truth,' 'the happenings,' or 'the inside scoop.' Together, SWEATEA embodies our mission to share the real, essential knowledge and transformative discussions on all things health, fitness, and well-being, specifically as they pertain to and empower people of color.

Born from Black & Bould's commitment to holistic wellness, SWEATEA is designed as an intimate dinner series, bringing together discerning individuals, visionary leaders, and expert voices to foster dialogue, share experiences, and build a stronger, healthier community.

An Evening of Exquisite Connections & Profound Discovery

The Setting: Imagine an evening in a 5-star hotel or premier venue, where every detail – from the ambiance to the service – is meticulously curated for an exclusive experience. Our intimate gatherings host only 50-60 guests, ensuring meaningful connections and direct engagement.

The Cuisine: Savor an exquisite, multi-course dinner crafted by a Michelin-star chef or the venue's celebrated culinary team. Each menu is thoughtfully designed to complement the evening's theme, offering a dining experience as enriching as the conversation.

The Panel: At the heart of each SWEATEA event is a dynamic panel discussion featuring top-tier thought leaders. We bring together highly respected athletes, leading physicians, and expert therapists – all influential voices dedicated to advancing health and wellness within BIPOC communities. They share unfiltered insights on challenges, strengths, failures, and successes, fostering authentic dialogue.

Knowledge That Empowers: Accessible to All

While the live SWEATEA™ experience is an exclusive journey, our commitment to empowering communities extends far beyond the dinner table. We believe that vital health and wellness knowledge should be accessible to everyone.

Each powerful panel discussion is professionally filmed and will be made available for free public viewing online. This ensures that the transformative insights shared by our experts reach countless individuals in BIPOC communities who can benefit from proactive self-care and advocacy, regardless of their ability to attend the live event.
