Each Immersion is built for a group of 4–6 people and designed as a fully supported experience that integrates movement, adventure, recovery, and reflection, held together with care, intention, and depth.
Each Immersion is fully customized.
Location, experiences, and overall flow are shaped around your group, your capacity, and what you need most right now, whether that’s challenge, recovery, clarity, or reconnection.
No two are the same.
But every Immersion is intentionally designed from beginning to end.
Challenge & Adventure
This is where energy, confidence, and play come back online.
Experiences are selected based on your group and designed to stretch you just beyond your comfort zone, without pushing into fear.
This might include:
Horseback riding
White water rafting or water-based adventure
Guided hikes or nature-based excursions
Ropes courses or team challenges
Ocean activities, cycling, or terrain exploration
These moments are designed to reconnect you to capability, presence, and enjoyment, not just performance.
Recovery & Restoration
This is where your system resets.
Recovery is not an afterthought; it’s built into the structure of the experience.
This may include:
Spa treatments and recovery sessions
Hot springs or thermal experiences
Breathwork, meditation, or guided stillness
Unstructured time for rest or exploration
Evenings designed for reflection, connection, or quiet
You leave feeling restored, not depleted.
Movement & Training
Movement supports the experience; it doesn’t dominate it.
Depending on your group and goals:
Strength or performance-based sessions
Mobility and recovery work
Outdoor or location-based training
Low-impact movement for nervous system regulation
Everything is adjusted in real time to match your energy and capacity.
Designed for Flow
Some days are active.
Some are intentionally spacious.
You are guided, but never rushed.
Supported, but never over-managed.
The goal is not to fill your time.

This is an example of how an Immersion may be structured.
Each experience is customized based on your group and location.
Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding
Arrive, settle in, and transition out of your normal pace.
Spa access, space to land, and a relaxed welcome dinner.
Day 2 — Activation & Play
Morning movement followed by an adventure-based experience designed to re-engage your body and energy.
Time to rest before a shared evening.
Day 3 — Restoration & Exploration
Movement and recovery in the morning.
Afternoon for local exploration or experience.
Evening connection over dinner.
Day 4 — Space
A fully open day.
Rest, explore, reflect, or spend time alone without obligation.
Day 5 — Strength & Nature
An outdoor or physical challenge experience paired with recovery and downtime.
Day 6 — Integration & Celebration
A blend of reflection, community, and a meaningful closing experience.
Day 7 — Departure
A final morning to reset, reflect, and transition out intentionally.
