Challenge & Adventure
This is where energy and confidence come back online.
Experiences are selected to stretch you just beyond your comfort zone, without pushing into overwhelm.

Each one is customized based on your group and location.
Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding
Arrive, settle in, and transition out of your normal pace.
Spa access, space to land, followed by a relaxed welcome dinner.
Day 2 — Activation & Play
Movement in the morning.
An experience designed to re-engage your energy and confidence.
Time to rest before the evening.
Day 3 — Restoration & Exploration
Recovery-focused movement.
Afternoon exploration or local experience.
Connection over dinner.
Day 4 — Space
A fully open day.
Rest, explore, reflect, or spend time alone.
Day 5 — Strength & Nature
A physical or outdoor challenge paired with recovery and downtime.
Day 6 — Integration & Closing
Reflection, connection, and a meaningful closing experience.
Day 7 — Departure
A final morning to reset and transition out with intention.
