For sessions at a client's home, a mandatory equipment inspection will be conducted prior to the first training session to ensure safety and functionality. If you choose to train at your home, I will need to inspect your equipment before our first session to ensure it's safe and appropriate for your training plan. If it isn’t, we can focus on bodyweight workouts until you are able to fix or replace your equipment.

Small Group Training

Small group training is perfect for those who enjoy working out with friends, family, or a group you invite. Groups can range from 2 to 10 people.
If you would like to schedule a group training for more than 10 people, we require a minimum of two weeks notice as we will need to use a special facility that can book up quickly.

If you'd like to host the training at your home, I will conduct a mandatory equipment inspection prior to our first session to ensure everything is safe and suitable for our workout.

Yes, I can adapt exercises to accommodate various fitness levels within the group. However, the overall goals and intensity will be discussed with the group beforehand.
