Charc Week is Black & Bould’s monthly invitation to gather differently.
Each Charc Night brings an accomplished chef into your home for an intimate culinary experience centered on robust charcuterie, unhurried conversation, and genuine connection. The menu is created exclusively for the occasion, with every ingredient, pairing, and presentation detail carefully considered to make the evening feel generous, personal, and worthy of the people around your table.
Your reservation also supports the charitable cause featured during that month’s Charc Week.
Around the island
You, five of your guests, Lea, and the evening’s chef will gather around your kitchen table or island for a two-hour guided dining experience.
The evening unfolds through a chef-curated menu inspired by the art of charcuterie, moving beyond a traditional board into a complete culinary experience. You will taste, build, learn, and dine together while the chef shares the ingredients, techniques, and ideas behind the menu.
Lea brings her perspective as a certified nutrition coach to the planning process, working alongside the chef to create a menu that feels abundant, balanced, and unforgettable.
Black & Bould handles the planning and preparation surrounding the experience, allowing you to host without spending the night working.

Charc Week has a limited number of private brunch and dinner reservations available each month.
Each Charc Night is created for you and five of your guests and includes the chef, custom menu development, ingredients, preparation, individual dining boards, the guided two-hour dining experience, and event support from Black & Bould.
