Fulfillment & Release Schedule
The Reset Collection is fulfilled in intentional release cycles on the 5th and 20th of each month.
This structure allows us to:
Source responsibly from artisan partners
Reduce excess inventory
Maintain the quality and care each order deserves
Orders placed before a release date are included in that upcoming cycle. Orders placed after will move to the next scheduled release.
Once assembled, orders ship within 3–5 business days, with the exception of pre-orders.
Pre-orders ship 3-6 weeks after date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Pre-orders ship separately from ready to ship items. If you would like us to hold your ready to ship items and ship them with your pre-order items, please email us your order number once you complete your purchase, and we will happily do so.
