Each kit blends sensory comfort, artisan craftsmanship, and refined presentation into a cohesive ritual experience.

Every kit is assembled to order.
Fulfillment & Release Schedule
The Reset Collection is fulfilled in intentional release cycles on the 5th and 20th of each month.
This structure allows us to:
Source responsibly from artisan partners
Reduce excess inventory
Maintain the quality and care each order deserves
Orders placed before a release date are included in that upcoming cycle. Orders placed after will move to the next scheduled release.
Once assembled, orders ship within 3–5 business days, with the exception of pre-orders.
Pre-orders ship 3-6 weeks after date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Pre-orders ship separately from ready to ship items. If you would like us to hold your ready to ship items and ship them with your pre-order items, please email us your order number once you complete your purchase, and we will happily do so.
Tracking information is provided once your order is in transit.

Reset Exchange is a dignity-centered giving initiative where high-quality items from generous households are transformed into beautifully curated Reset Boxes for individuals rebuilding their lives.
We accept new or like-new goods aligned with the Black & Bould philosophy — warm textiles, candles, books, journals, wellness items, mugs, luxury home goods, and elevated personal comfort pieces.
Each donated item is thoughtfully re-homed into a Reset Support Box, gifted to:

Individuals recovering from burnout
College students starting over
Single parents rebuilding stability
